Maternity Briefs™️ by Narpuk

The pair that stops the daily readjusting.

Ordinary underwear starts failing around the second trimester. It rolls down at the front, rides up at the back, and cuts into the hips by mid-afternoon — and sizing up just makes it baggier without fixing any of it.

These are cut differently. The V-shaped waist sits low, below the bump, with nothing gripping across the belly. No band to roll. No elastic pressing where it shouldn't. Seamless edges so there's no digging line at the hip or leg.

Soft cotton-blend, breathable, and completely invisible under leggings.

Low V-cut waist — sits under the bump so there's no band to roll down

Seamless, no-dig edges — no cutting in at the hips or thighs

Breathable cotton blend — soft enough to forget you've got them on

How to use it?

How to use NarpSock™

  • Order your pre-pregnancy size, not a size up. They run generous and are cut to stretch as you grow.
  • Pull the waist to sit under the bump, not over it. That's what stops the rolling.
  • Wear from the second trimester right through — the fit adjusts as you do.
  • Machine wash cool, line dry. No fabric softener, it stiffens the elastic.

Why the low cut works

Most maternity underwear tries to solve rolling by going higher — a thick band stretched over the whole bump. It works for some women and drives others mad, because that band is under constant tension as the bump grows and it presses in.

The V-cut does the opposite. It sits below the bump entirely, so the fabric isn't fighting your body to stay in place. There's nothing for the bump to push down. If you've found high-waist maternity bands squeezing or too warm, this is the alternative.

Size guide

Sized by weight, and they run generous.

M — 35–45kg · L — 45–53kg · XL — 53–60kg · XXL — 60–70kg

Go by your pre-pregnancy weight, not current. Customers who size up almost always end up sending them back. If you're between two, take the smaller.

Frequently Asked Questions

❓ What size should I order?

Your pre-pregnancy size. They're sized by weight and cut generously. Most returns we see are from people who sized up out of habit.

❓ Will they actually stay put?

Yes! — because there's no band over the bump for it to slide off. The low cut is doing the work.

❓ When should I start wearing them?

Most women switch around 16–20 weeks, when regular underwear starts rolling.

❓ How do I wash them?

Cool machine wash, line dry, skip the fabric softener.

❓ Can I wear them after birth?

Many women do — they're soft and low-cut. If you've had a caesarean, ask your midwife first, since the waist may sit near the incision.
